Refund, Delivery, Return & Cancellation Policies

1 Refund Policy:

    • If the online coaching fee has been paid in full and the client does not sign up to any of the platforms, 100% of the fee is refundable in the first 14 days following the date of payment. Past 14 days, this fee is non-refundable
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Once payment has been made in full for the first two months as is standard, the client is then signed onto the website platform with an account upgraded to paying member. At this point, the fee is non-refundable as the service has commenced as part of the service has already been delivered.

2 Delivery Policy:

    • Once a client has made payment for online coaching services, they will be signed onto the website a maximum of 2 days after receiving payment so they can start working through the onboarding process. In the same timeframe, the client will be sent instructions for setting up the training app account and information about the details needed to be uploaded to the app before the workout programme can be written.
    • The workout programme will be delivered a maximum of 5 days after the two conditions above have been fulfilled.
    • Once the client has both worked through the onboarding videos, and has provided the information needed to onboard the client, the nutrition call will be booked and delivered no more than 5 days following completion, dependant on the client’s availability.

3 Return Policy:

    • With no physical or tangible products being sold, we do not have a return policy. Please see refund policy for refunds on online coaching services.

4 Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers can cancel subscriptions under the following conditions:
      • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle starts.
    • Refunds will be issued according to the terms outlined in the refund policy.
    • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting the client’s coach via WhatsApp or email, or verbally through a check-in video call.
