Hi, my name is Kyle and I’m the Head Coach here at Fine Tune Fitness!

Over my 12 years of experience training in the gym and 6 years as a professional fitness model, I’ve gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience with training and nutrition.

Over time, I started to realise that whilst I enjoyed modelling, I didn’t share the same passion for it as I do with fitness and nutrition, and as I found myself helping more and more of my friends and colleagues with their own goals, I quickly realised that coaching is truly what I wanted to pursue. Nothing brings more fulfilment than helping people does, and to help people improve their health, confidence, professional life, mindset, and all other areas of life, is incredibly rewarding.

Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of guys achieve their dream physique. From office workers, to personal trainers, to other professional models, I’ve coached guys of all levels to attain a physique worthy of magazine covers!

Here’s How He Did It:

Adam came to me fed up of how he looked and wanted to make a change. He had some experience in the gym but lacked knowledge of how to approach nutrition and lacked structure in his workouts.

From day one, Adam executed the plan to a tee. He completed all of his workouts as scheduled and stuck to his calories and macros using all the tools and tricks I taught him in his nutrition onboarding call and the tweaks we made on check ins.

One particular issue Adam had when he came to me was the fact that he had elbow tendonitis causing him pain when he worked out. I carefully programmed exercises that would allow him to keep training without pain whilst working all muscle groups with adequate frequency and volume.

Over these last few months, I’ve been checking in with Adam regularly to keep him accountable and answer any questions he has. Consequently, Adam has built solid habits and has developed a love for training, so much so that I have to urge him not to train too much to allow for sufficient recovery!

I’m seriously proud of Adam, as I am with all of my clients, and I look forward to reaching new heights with him into the future!
